Barely Legal NE Patriots Cheerleader Makes Team

“Look kid, I know school sucks, I’m still in myself.”

Meet the Kobe Bryant of professional cheerleading. The Allison Stokke of the gridiron.

This Kevin Garnet of the pom-poms is working for the New England Patriots and hasn’t even graduated from Methuen high school. Rebecca Lewis went straight from Home Ec. class to shooting a Patriots’ swimsuit calendar without her diploma.

That’s because Becca is still in school. And she’ll be cheering for Tom Brady and Randy Moss come September.

But we can’t even put a face with a name because the Patriots haven’t uploaded her photo to the cheerleader web site. You can look at her high school cheerleading team in action, but there are no names, so if you figure out this mystery, let us know.

Becca’s hometown paper, the Eagle-Tribune recently caught up with the teen to get the scoop on the new part-time employment.

What’s the most interesting part of the job?

“The fan mail we get. People we never hear from. You feel like a celebrity. I got a letter from a guy from England who is a big Patriots fan … after they posted my profile on the Web site.

“When you’re at promotional events, there are lines of people wanting your autograph or a picture.”

Yeah, you’re a celebrity alright. Wait until the 2008-09 cheerleader calendar hits shelves. Men old enough to be your grandpa will be doing dirty things to that pulp. And bloggers will plaster your picture across the Internet to be lusted over.

You’ll enjoy the job. Men will visually stalk you. Cropped shots of your breasts in a cheerleader outfit will be in every auto body shop across the Northeast.

It’ll be great.
